We boil and brew at various temps to release and hightened aroma and flavors of the ingredients. Sauce is settled and sealed for days to lock in flavor. Then bottled and stored. *We do not accept returns unless items are somehow damaged during shipping and delivery.
* Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after purchase with full refund. (Please note refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to be posted back to your source of payment. Funds may take longer depending on your bank or credit card).
*Once order is in fulfillment, order can not be cancelled and NO REFUND will be issued. This is to ensure we fill all orders and ship quickly.
SHIPPING INFO
*We strive to fulfill and ship orders quickly. If items are in stock we will fulfill orders within 2-3 days for shipping. We ship through USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays and shipping usually takes 3-4 days. Larger orders and packages may be shipped via UPS which may take up to 7-10 days.
